                                                                      The Vision of Greater Is HE ministries.

 

                                                       That God would so bless and expand his kingdom by

 

1.  Creating 'crusades' where the lost may come and hear the gospel proclaimed.

2.  Healing the sick with divers’ miracles and great acts of Sovereignty so that all who attend and hear about the event know for a certain God was visiting them.

3.  From among the nationals God would raise up pastors and evangelists to  continue in training and ministering to the new believers.

4.  Finances would be provided so that Gods own kingdom is enlarged and his own people would be discipled and they also would multiply their faith and practice among their neighbors.

5.  From among the crusades those masses or those few would be immediately sought out so that they may enter into a congregation where they may be fed the Word of God and Pastored by a faithful Godly leader.

6.  That God would raise up bible colleges, training centers, ministry schools where young converts may grow in grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ and be prepared to enter into service of God and the flock of God.

7.  That God would provide such necessities for the body such as food and clothing, medical and dental aid so that they may know the grace and provision of Christ.

  
 

 

Greater is HE Ministries exists for the sole purpose of doing the

will of God in our lives. This ministry platform is a means that

God uses to reach the hearts and minds of people whom

God has determined to save and bring unto Himself.

Some information about Evangelists
Marvin and Donna Torgeson 

 

Donna and I have been married for over 30 years. We have

two wonderful children that are now fully grown, and six grandchildren that we just love. We live in Washington state, where Donna and I both say "we live in a postcard" because it's so beautiful here.  We both work full time in our professions, Donna a Credit Manager and Marvin an Electrician. Over the years we have preached in Mexico doing the same kind of ministry as in the Philippines, I was an Itinerant Evangelist for a few years preaching church to church in the CEA. We have always sought to edify and build up the body of Christ and to preach the gospel to the lost.

 

Our hearts are set on glorifying God in making him known everywhere God sends us. Our marriage is built around what God has said in His Word and what we can do to fulfill the great commission.

 

My wife said "There is healing and deliverance when the gospel of Jesus Christ is preached". How true! That really sums up what God is doing with us in the ministry. It's all about Jesus Christ, It's all about what God wants to say and what He wants to give a lost and dying world through His Son.  

Everywhere the Lord sends us our aim is to declare the gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe God will gather his elect from all nations and all peoples and he has sent forth his messengers into the harvest.   

 

 

Rom 1:16 "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek."

 

Our prayer is for God to reveal His Christ to all peoples, tribes and nations Rev 7:9-10 that they may behold the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the World. John 1:29

 

Our prayer is that God would raise up the national Pastors and Leaders so that they may lead their own people into the rich knowledge of God and the grace of Jesus Christ 2Pet 3:18. As Evangelists we greatly desire for God to pour out His Spirit and multiply salvation among the churches, our hearts are set on Christ being proclaimed and obeyed as Head of the Churches. Eph 1:22  

As God reveals himself to the peoples the Spirit of the Lord will raise up Isa 58:12 new Evangelists and Pastors from among their own tribes and continue the work of the great commission Mat 28:18-20 farther than we could have taken it. Therefore our prayer is for God to show Christ as their exceeding great reward and their most precious object of love. Gen 15:1
